Update

Hey

Sorry its been so long, I've been quite busy! I've also not got much time to update you either. So here is a quick run through.

Basically - things are going well and Im quite busy. It is winter at the moment and I can tell you that if the sun is not out then it gets sooo cold - I mean a jumper and fleece. Thankfully I have managed to borrow a downie for the bed as well!

I had to vacate my house the other week before it caught on fire! There was a problem with the electricity, something to do with the wires and the fuse box was starting to spark with other fuses etc. I was standing there ready to start throwing sand on the box!! Managed to shut it all down and the electrician boy came and fixed it! All is fine now except the occasional flicker of the lights!!

I also found out that Headteachers can actually earn less than there members of staff. A head can be on about 11,000 per month and one of his teachers can be on 28,000. Not sure where the logic in it is but apparently something to do with interviews and scales!!

Hope all is well and enjoy the long summer holidays all you teachers - I am jealous this year! Mind you sometimes this all still feels like a bit of a holiday.....
